I would be very surprised if one exists for Minor Leagues. Even Mike Egner's Book has a pretty limited distribution base. It's a valuable reference guide, and a great tool for anyone who collects pennants. But unfortunately, that circle of collectors is not enormous.
I know that Mike has some new/exciting changes planned for his next edition of the Pennant Guide. Not sure whether this includes any Minor League items, but perhaps he'll come on here, to give a preview.
