I cannot be sure if the card is real or not, even if it is, I'm not sure that I would buy from an unknown dealer with a poor feedback (he's only sold 5 cards) selling bleach. I wish it were not this way, but very rare raw cards are just so suspicious anymore. Its way too fishy that he's mostly selling the cleaning magic, and not the Foxx, Mantle, Wagner, Ruth etc cards...but then bam! A N29 Ewing  And if you ended up with this card, you'd better decide fast whether or not you want to keep it...3 day return policy! Happy New Year!
