Nice scan, but just looking at it, I would be very hesitant to attempt removal. It looks like the tape would almost certainly take paper with it no matter how you treated it or how carefully you tried to take it off. I imagine even "experts" in this area would be leery of offering advice, since they might be blamed for any resulting damage.
