Hi-
I had a 1912 Giants and Red Sox team premium with advertising from a drug store (if I recall correctly) that used a similar photo to the one you are posting. Mine was pretty large, and also in very poor condition. I had never seen another (I found mine at Brimfield) and the dealer I sold it to has had no luck gathering any additional information.
