There's an article somewhere on the 'net that discusses efforts by Kellogg's to market their corn flakes in countries like India, but failing to compete with local favorites (Champion being one of them)... I can't imagine, however, that many other countries in the 1960s would have been interested in American baseball or football. FWIW.
