There have been a lot of these on the market as a whole lately as a massive collection was sold off in one of the big auctions.
I would not blindly grade all of them as some are really beat up. I also don't know a ton about the rarity of certain players so that would certianly be worth it assuming there are some better ones. You could always save the grading price them and offer them for sale here first. Otherwise I would grade the nicest cards, while your waiting for those to come back sell off the worst condition and then you might get a better feel for what to do with the cards in the middle.
