I would go with Minoso (don't forget the dominance of the first half of his career in Cuban) and John Donaldson already mentioned.
I would add Alejandro Oms, Oliver Marcelle and Dick Lundy, probably. From modern times, hard for me to overlook Tim Raines. Cannot understand why he does not get more support. (OK, maybe the cocaine and the fact that he played in Montreal...) The reality is that he had the unfortunate timing to be a comtemporary of Ricky Henderson which made him look not so hall of famish.
