That's a very reasonable way of looking at it.
Welcome to my delusion. I have about 10. I accumulated them in the last two years. I keep telling myself that the big 4 will be possible because my income will be so much higher by the time I get there. I don't care if I'm taking out a mortgage for ol' Eddie at the age of 82. I'm getting there. Interestingly enough, I'm also going to upgrade my acre in the Rocky Mts. to a 500 acre spread when finances allow. Not bad for a teacher boys
