Nice Dophins helmet

Also not a helmet guy, but I had a Seahawks lid similar to your Eagles one and belive the stamping tells the tale - not a protective helmet. Also, I believe the outline on the inside is glue residue from some light weight foam padding that mine did have in it to make it fit for occasional (stands, Halloween etc.) wear.

As an aside, if you are interested in selling the 'Phins helmet, pls let me know.
