Thanks. I wonder why he threw out a pitch from each side?
Anyway, the dressed to the 9s website shows that the Pirates wore that same uniform from 1923 to 1931. The huge guy standing next to the little guy in the picture looks like Big Jim Weaver and Lloyd Waner. Weaver was on the Pirates from 1931-1933, so I'd guess the picture is from 1931. It's hard to tell for sure. Good luck with the sale. - Dave
