How much of a disparity in folks opinions can there be? The Marquard goes from a 1.5 to a 6. LOL

I think the rub is between what it should be graded given the PL and the possibility that PSA missed the PL altogether. Given the nature of the 'game', the actual grades given are probably going to be off from what they should have been.

There is no doubt in my mind that PSA missed the paper loss on the Marquard.

Marquard 4
Baker 2 Lajoie 4MK Bescher 3MC Hinchman 5MC I don't think psa gives OC qualifiers to cards that grade under 5. Thanks Larry! |

I agree with the previous poster, these grades would be completely different if graded by SGC.

Marquard - 2.5
Baker - 2 Lajoie - 3 MK Bescher - 5 MC Hinchman - 4 MC (bit harder on the last two without the back scans). wondering if it'd be possible, at the end, to collate people's votes into a poll in order to see the distribution, and see if the mean agrees with the TPG. Thanks for setting this up Larry! --S

Dang, Larry, using PSA makes this tough with their "throw a dart at a number" grading scale. I will give it a go. Thanks for the opportunity!
