The back of these cards can also be oriented in different directions. Check out the cards below. In the top card, the red dot (for the top, right corner of the card front) corresponds to the top right corner of the back of the card. For the card on the bottom, the yellow dot (for the top, right corner of the card front) corresponds to the bottom left corner of the back of the card. I find this sort of stuff fascinating. I emailed Adam about this a couple years ago and he was not surprised at all by this.
BTW, in person, these cards are both the same shade of green. Yet, the scans make them look so different. The card on the bottom is in a slab and the card on the top (from a trade with Adam a few years ago) is raw. The slab alters the way my scanner views the color of the card. Note that the printing on the back of the cards come in different colors as well (Green vs Brown in this case). ![]()
