Years ago, there were counterfeit 1963 Topps Pete Rose rookies that had 'counterfeit' stamped on them by court order. I would imagine these might have a bit of financial value as novelties or curiosities. As they're boldly stamped counterfeit, no one one's going to mistake them for real.
