IMO, nothing hand-cut should be numerically graded. Only a full, unfolded bazooka box deserves a numerical grade.

I agree 1000% - but then PSA would have to invest in larger holders and there is SO much money to be made from all of the cut parts. Another elemnt that is VERY disturbing to me is the thought of how many people cut down their whole panels, boxes, etc to be able to get numerical grades on the cut down parts.
