Looks like this may be a hijacked account. FastEddie has no feedback from Jan 2009 to Sept 2010. That Sept feedback was for a T-206 Wagner.

I don't think it's a hijacked account. It looks like he sold a similar item before - see feedback April 23rd, 2008.

Yeah I see that now. Good Catch. I also see he has sold quite a few vintage cards in the past. That other Wagner was a steal. He did sell a lot of high end Corvette stuff. The guy that bought the other Wagner's ebay is id Vette something. Hmmmm! Fishy things going on here. He might be trying to lure a greedy fish with expensive fakes through best offer.
