15 years is a long time.....
Another long-suffering fan here--
When I was growing up as a rabid Reds fan in the mid-1970s it seemed the most natural thing in the world that they would compete every year and win more than their share -- still hard to believe it's 15 years since playoffs and 20 since their WS sweep.... Next year I'll pull for the Reds but also the Mariners, Rangers, Nationals, Royals, Orioles, and the other teams that have had longer droughts--
