I was sent this article.
http://www.asylum.com/2010/06/25/aut.../?sms_ss=email I agree with most opinions. 1) Way too much $ 2) People can spend $ on whatever they choose 3) It brings publicity...especially to Topps...who (as of 2010) own the rights to all MLB cards produced...Hmmmm.
