Tough but not rare. Not as plentiful as many 20's Caramel issues but nowhere near the rarity of some of the tougher issues like Wm. Paterson's, Honey Boy's, or Curtis Ireland's. That being said it is a pretty small set so it is very doable w/ some patience.
