"That and
neighbors that look out for each other. " This is HUGE! I have a cop on my immediate left, and another cop 3 houses down on my right. In fact, my neighborhood is so heavily populated with city workers that I would wager there are at least another couple Chicago cops on my block that im not even aware of! Needless to say, there arent many break-ins in my neighborhood. Just not worth it to any would be thieves!
