In the item specifics, right under the description, he sort of in a round about way says that it is an original "Modern (1981-Now)". He's got all bases covered with this one.

Well, I also feel certain that his 1933 Goudey #144 Ruth and 1934 Goudey #37 Gehrig are fakes.
Babe's hat should not be touching the white border (there should be a bit of yellow above it), and on the Gehrig, there should be a bit of yellow between the border and the glove of the silhouetted player on the far left. Steve
