As far as looking at online images, the commercial reprints are clearly different-- lettering, border size, etc. A homemade computer reprint can look more realistic, but will often have a funky cut. Make sure the seller guarantees authenticity and states it's authentic, as many fakers won't do either. And luckily most homemade computer reprints don't look real.
In the vast majority of cases, the experienced eye can tell the difference between real and reprint in an online auction image-- assuming the image is of decent size and focused. Most reprints will have something noticeably off about them, and the mass produced reprints are obvious. To me, the seller's language says a lot about the lot, as alluded to in the first paragraph.
