I saw it and thought for a bit about throwing a snipe out there. Ultimately I decided not to due to the size, the item was 5"x11" so it was pretty big--had it been more "card-sized" I would have bid.
It looks like it was factory cut (no wavy borders) and it looks pretty uniform. Interesting item that I had never heard of, but I doubt we will ever find out who made it and why. -Rhett
