Just go there an read it. I am sure there are always loop holes around things. I personally would never use it unless I had to but alto of scammers recently have deviststed some people doing this and they keep the items. So i am sure you will have no problem settling an issue.
I bought a T206 cobb green background and a 51 mantle from a guy once. Showed up and the card were almost close to the ones I bought but they were fake and the ones on the screen were real. i paid through paypal and in the notes wrote what it was for and terms of agreement. Thats what saved my ass from loosing 1k. Paypal took care of it because I had the terms in the notes as well as a return reciept w/signature confirmation from the PO. Maybe this is a good option but pay with a card for safety. |
