By no means am I trying to say that Mastro was in the right when it shipped items before being paid.
I'm not. All I'm saying is comments like the ones below, which demonize the very practice of shipping before receiving payment, are pretty comical when in fact another auction company is praised for having great customer service for doing the same thing.
