It's curious there is no "H" in Pittsburgh. I recall many years ago when someone tried to pass off an "authentic" T206 Wagner with an "H." I located several sources that say the "H" was formally added in 1911. But I agree that the pennant was created much later. I've seen quite a few mini pennants with a white stripe on the left edge, and while they look older, they appear to be from the 1950s ... |
