Those are actually print lines (roller marks), and due to the issue and the lines being fairly common, it doesn't hurt the grade. A board member on another site told me this. He actually said he had seen 1954 Topps cards in PSA 8 and even 9 holders with the print lines like these. I guess they are more common than I thought. |
