1952 Topps Mantle on eBay

This one looks legitimate -- it is graded EX 5 by Beckett with these subgrades: Centering 7, Corners 4.5, Edges 7, and Surface 7. Looks like a very nice card. I wonder what all those white streaks are; they don't appear to be on the card since they are in different locations on different images. Any opinions on this one?

whoever took the photo did not use a flash, but instead opted to shine a strong light from the right rear. He probably can't get a clear scan because of the thick BVG cases.

It sure looks to me like the white streaks are an artifact from photographing the cards.

I don't have a scanner so I've had this problem before. I would agree that it looks like a glare from a light shining on the holder.
