Guys getting together to raise the money to be able to bid on pieces of cardboard who would not be able to bid on them otherwise is not only legal but a good thing for consignors of those pieces of cardboard. There is no attempt to "fix" the price of an auction, no attempt to discourage bidding, no collusion, no fraud. |
