I don't think there's a resource on the web (or anywhere else for that matter) with that type of information. "The Book" is probably your best comprehensive resource available. It's worth every penny. Well, there may be some Brit catalog that you can't reference because you'll never get your hands on it. That resource would probably cost more than $125, if you could find it.
