Microsoft/Ebay cashback live??

sounds good. but i'm still not sure how to interpret "If a single purchase causes you to meet and also exceed this cap, you can still earn all the cashback savings associated with that purchase" with the statement that you can not exceed $200 cashback for any one purchase. anyone want to take a shot at that? thanks!
