Nominations For Prewar Card Of The Year

To me, this is an easy decision. The T206 Wagner is the most recognized card in the hobby and the most significant. With only a handful of truly nice examples in the hobby, the discover of an unknown beautiful example has to trump all other finds regardless of how significant.

Outside of our small hobby, nobody cares about caramel cards, colgans, 4BH or Kalamazoo Bats. However, the T206 Wagner would appeal to potentially millions of people who have seen or heard of that card at some point in the past.

T206 Weiss Wagner no question about it.
