What Grade is It?

Would you prefer to buy a card relying on the seller's opinion of the grade, or would you prefer to buy a card based on what you can plainly see for yourself in the picture? If a seller calls a card VG and you look at the picture and it's not what you'd call VG, what use was the seller's opinion of the grade to you? Maybe it would even grade VG if you shipped it off for grading, but you don't have to buy it if you don't like it. If you're trying to score Mint cards from a seller's nice selection it's a tough business.
