Can someone explain the price of this card to me? It presents very well for the grade, but the grade is a 2. I know there aren't that may collectors out there like me who don't give a rat's a** about the technical grade. |

That stain will not be there for very much longer. Is this a $7-800 card in a 5 or 6? |

I was following that, too, but did not want to go high because I guessed PSA must have seen something more in that stain on the back. |

What's interesting to me about this is when non-obscure (yet somewhat rare-ish) sought after cards (like this) sell on ebay and then the following week, another one of the same is posted- the price of the second one is always outrageously higher than the first. |

It was a nice 2 and two people put in high snipes -- why is that such a surprise? |

Maybe it is that everyone has now received their stimulus checks and collectors are using them to buy cards |

I must've blinked if E card prices had been doing anything but going up consistently for the last several years. I had not noticed a dip but and in the case of this card, looks like two people thought it was nicer than the grade assigned by PSA. |

So, now a 5 sells for half the price of the 2. |

Yeah, I was the seller of the 5. Funny how that worked out -- "funny" being the operative word. |

Leon, damn...I thought we had this worked out! Perhaps before I send it out to Tony you can send it West, have it cracked out, cleaned up, resubmitted and it will be an 8! (And then Tony you can consign it to me for resale and it will bring in $20 less than what you paid for it) |
