I responded to a WTB thread last week and arranged a deal with the buyer at his price (which was close to what I wanted.) In an email, he asked me to send him a Paypal invoice and he would get the funds to me that day. I responded that I have never generated an invoice with Paypal except when it was done automatically through ebay. I gave him my Paypal address and said I would get his address from that and send his card. I have bought and sold on the BST this way many times. I have not heard a word since. Did he find a better deal, or was he uncomfortable with the arrangement? I don't know, but it was a little irritating. I really don't care whether I sell the cards or not, it just happened that some cards he needed were ones that I could part with. What really bothers me is his lack of manners. |
