Thanks and right back atcha' Brian. I was the underbidder on your E97 Hemphill (gorgeous card I almost died when I lost it), your E98 Kling tonight and your E98 Coombs tonight although my snipe didn't fire for some reason on that one.
I am curious what you thought about the prices of the E98s tonight, I thought they were very reasonable. I paid 1/2 what I was willing to go on the Evers and should have bid more on the ones you won (and others I was underbidder on) but I am saving some bucks for Alan M.'s final group, the E94s which will appear next Sunday.

On it's way from Barry as well..he did email me and say he wasn't sending it until I paid the past 4 years back catalog fees of $85 each...however members of the Seinfeld forum get a free pass to all of his auctions.

I am lucky that Barry now allows me to bid on bigger lots over $1,000.

While most people paid $75 for their Mastro catalogs, due to my whale status, a former Mastro employee charge me $100 for the catalogs seven years ago. I was already bidding online and she threatened to erase all my bids and ban my participation if I did not pay this fee.

Whale status is overrated.

Eddie Shore was definitely a legend. One of the great photos in hockey history has be Shore shaking hands with Ace Bailey during the first all star game. (Which was a fund raiser for Bailey after he suffered the career ending Shore hit)

I think this little booklet is extremely cool. It has a lot of stats and stories. Also a nice page featuring several player images. Wasn't sure if everyone had seen inside one of these so I included several photos. Also was wondering if any of you guys could find any errors listed within all this info.

I think that books is great and has amazing information and pictures. I have ahd one for years and I have tried to sell it or even trade it with no takers.

Mine has a stamp for a hardware store in Philadelphia, PA.

I think it is a great piece, but I just don't enjoy the book type stuff as much as cards these days.

Yours is the only other I have seen and I wonder is this was a one year deal or if they did them ever year.
