Auction Length

Rob- that's a good question and sometimes I feel my three week auction lasts too long. I guess I can come up with a couple of reasons for the long duration: 1) everyone else does it, so I am following the crowd; 2) the problem with a one week auction is the possibility that your best customer is on a ten day vacation in Latvia, and has no internet service. With a three week auction everyone who needs to see it eventually will.

But I will admit there is a long dry period in the middle where I only get a modest number of bids per day. My guess is nobody will shorten theirs.
