I doubt I'll hold unto the T206's. I really wanted one or two of the old judges, one of the t3's and one of the 1914 cj's. Undecided on the T210 as well...nice card but I may end up looking for a lower grade example.

Leon, at least I lost out to someone I liked. It got a little too rich for my blood, but a great piece.

I just checked and I guess I was underbdder on the E121/W575-1 Leader Theatre card in the other lot, but if whomever bought that lot would like to make back a little from their cost I would be happy to take that card off your hands.

It did get a little high but I figured I would go for it. I was a bidder on the Leader card lot too but didn't want to go hog wild since I have one that I believe is a little more rare with the W575-1 front.....From what I remember there was a story about a small stack of these Leader backed W573s found and in the stack was 1 W575-1 type front with the Leader back.....I got it in a Lipset auction I believe...regards

I just noticed that the one in the lot is also a W575-1 type ....I think that is only the 2nd one I have seen next to the one I have.....very nice...and you got it for a good price....

Todd, I don't think you overpaid. But I was only really interested in the Leader Theatre card, if I had won it the rest would have been available for trade/sale. At least it went to a good home, let me know if you ever decide to trade/sell the Theatre card.

I did some more modern stuff this go 'round with the exception of some 1930s non-sports cards. My consignments did just about expected. Someone got an absolute steal on the Ty Cobb letters. That is my favorite lot I have ever written. June is just around the corner and we have an incredible selection of pre-war cards and type Hall of Famers coming up.

Did a board member get the T206 Demmitt? It went much lower than I expected.
