PSA to SGC Crossover Question

What if SGC, after inspecting the slabbed card, decides that the PSA 4 is worthy of crossing over to SGC 50 or higher. So they crack the card out, and notice there is a wrinkle that wasn't evident when the card was slabbed but is now evident under close scrutiny. What then?
