Bought this neato item at the Reading show today. It is a 3x5 photo inserted in a paper frame. Is the player familiar to anyone? He could just be a local yoal, but, there is always the chance.... |

My immediate reaction was James Thompson "Doc" Prothro but as I recall he was a right handed batter but maybe he was goofing off with the left-handed grip and that caused the grimmace? |

On the bottom right of the picture there appears to be some type of writing. Has anyone examined that area with a magnifier? |
