Regardless of this legal ruling (and all the unrelated minutia I am sure will follow shortly on this thread), I would feel very comfortable purchasing any vintage autographed piece that Simon has authenticated.

I have yet to encounter a questionable piece carrying Richard Simon's name as certification. And JK is right... please identify yourself, SIGEXPERT (or EXPORT?)
