Jim, obviously I agree that the issue of competition on the Registry is not what will drive resubmissions. As I've stated, if you have a valuable Registry set you almost have no choice but to resubmit; otherwise, you are leaving money on the table for all the 8s that could become 8.5s. For me, I won't resubmit until I'm ready to sell the set, though I might send in a handful of cards that I believe should get the pop at some point.
