Robert, thanks, but I am afraid that is one of those deals where you get sent items constantly and if you don't want them, you have to send them back to the different companies. You do get the free gifts, one of which is the Paypal gift, but the harassment factor is very high.
What I am looking for is the paypal Xmas codes which you can enter on your paypal page when paying for an item and which instantly saves you $10, $15 or $25 per transaction with no strings attached and no harassment.
