Jim - you may want to have Kevin come over and check out your new place in case they painted over any cracks in the ceilings or rebuilt any walls that are not structurally sound. Although, since you haven't asked Kevin to look over the house you're currently in, some might say you're not really interested in cleaning up the cheap housing repairs market. |
