Is it just me...or are pretty much all card sales falling off?

Prices have gone down every November and December. What was notable was the softness in September and October. It is hard to say how the overall macroeconomic situation affects current prices. I would be surprised if card prices moved along with the GDP or interest rates or the employment rate.
