I too thank the servicemen who fought in America's Wars. I had one grandfather who was at Pearl Harbor and we just lost him this past summer at the age of 89. He talked one time to me about it and it nearly brought him to tears. My other grandfather was stationed in Germany where he had 3/4 of his right calf blown off. He passed away in 1989 and I still have his Purple Heart and Bronze Star and they are my most prized possessions, more than any baseball card I could possibly own. So I too thank Bill for his words and support for the troops. It is for people like him that our troops do the job they do, no matter how stupid they are. |
