I caught that episode too. Those cards were in great shape. Lucky, she didn't let her kids play with them. |

last lot that we talked about of the A&G's at auction. They had N28 and N29 baseball in them but MANY MANY other A&G non-sports as well. Close to $30K with the juice. Most of the A&G non-sports cards are $10-$30 in nice VGEX to EX shape. Sets like the N15 Generals and 3-4 others will bring more than that and certain cards within sets will bring more. I've been outbid on raw A&G singles from relatively easy sets in the $50 and above range. Check out what the VGEX to EX 50 card sets sell for in Mastronet and other auctions. Generally $1200-$2500 or so depending on grades. So.....no....someone was sandbagging with that few hundred dollar estimate.......... |

Guess I must have heard wrong. Still,.considering the shape of the cards, all the boxes,etc...it seemed low to even the casual observer (me). |

I believe that show originally aired a few years ago, so that is something to take into consideration. |

The estimate seemed ridiculously low when I saw it aired originally last year and catching it again just confirmed my opinion. |
