O/T comic book grading?

Thanks Bob, none of these comics would be altered, or restored. Nothing prior to 1960, but there are some worth some money. I have to sell these for a relative because of a death in the family. I am leaning towards selling on EBAY without getting them graded. Some older ones have some wear, but quite a few in nr-mt condition. Most were read once or not read at all and bagged. Approximately 2000 comics.
