I had a similar problem with a buyer over a baseball coin. I had a great scan and called it ex-mt. Buyer paid, I shipped, and left him positive feedback. A few days later I got an e-mail stating the coin was poor-fair condition and he was not happy, asking what would I do for him. I gave him a full refund, but told him we were light years apart in our opinions of the coins condition, but I wanted him to be happy. I got a positive feedback in return. Just make a non emotional decision about the situation. I say give him $10 and move on. Tomorrow is a new day. |
