Yes, Kevin S., Minnesota is still a state. But, we're trying real hard to be like your state. Our crime rate is going up, our traffic is getting horible, our taxes are terrible. Now, throw in fires, earthquakes, 15M illegals, and we'll be as great as your state. Many many of the kids I went to high school with moved out there. After their kids reached school age, they all moved back. Any idea why? And yes, I know the coast cities are expensive. My sister lives two blocks off 78th and Broadway in New York C. Bought it in 78 for 28K. Recently had it appraised at $1.2M. So yes, We're still a state, but know what the rest of the country is going through. hey kevin, we even have professional sports teams WAY up here....... |
