As long as there's money involved, there will be people out to cheat the system. Although I agree that the grading companies need to step up their efforts, I still see the crooks rising to the occasion. If there's a large amount of money to be had, the tools and techniques will be developed.

There was a time when resealing wax packs, recoloring, and reprints were the only things to worry about
